1. About the service
Dear Lil' Beast creates custom digital pet portraits from photos you upload. You choose an art style, review a watermarked preview, and receive a clean high-resolution download after payment is complete.
2. What you upload
You must have the right to use any photo you upload. Please do not submit photos you do not own or have permission to use. We may refuse or remove content that violates someone else's rights or contains inappropriate material.
3. Orders and payments
Prices are shown before checkout and are in US dollars unless otherwise stated. All payments are processed by Stripe. A portrait is only delivered after payment is verified. You are responsible for any taxes or duties required by your location.
4. Refunds and revisions
Because each portrait is custom-made, refunds are only offered when we cannot deliver the purchased file. If a generation fails or the result is unusable due to a technical error on our side, contact us and we will make it right.
5. Intellectual property
You keep all rights to the original photo you upload. Once you purchase a portrait, you receive a personal-use license to download, print, and share the finished file. You may not resell the portrait as stock art, use it as a logo or trademark, or claim it was made by someone else. We retain the right to display the generated artwork in our portfolio only with your explicit permission.
6. Account and recovery links
Portrait recovery links are tied to the email and session used at purchase. Sharing a link may allow others to access the associated preview or download. Lost access can be restored by emailing hello@dearlilbeast.com from the original email address.
7. Limitations
Portraits are created from the photo and style you select. We cannot guarantee an exact likeness or a specific artistic interpretation. Results depend on photo quality, lighting, and the subject's visibility in the original image.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms, pricing, or features at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
